GPB Global Resources is an international group of companies, engaged in petroleum and mining projects in various parts of the globe, including Africa, South America, and the Middle East.
The Group’s business is conducted with integrity, fairness, and openness. We follow the principle of open communication with our partners and vendors of goods and services in strict compliance with local regulations and best international practices.
The Group’s management has developed Procurement Policy, which describes the purchasing procedures and requirements to vendors. In accordance with the Policy vendors follow one of the two procurement procedures depending on the cost of goods or services to be delivered.

Below $250,000 Competitive Purchase – Commercial Offer.
The winner is selected among minimum 3 vendors upon analysis of quality and price of goods / services.
Above $250,000 Tender – Commercial Offer;
– Tender Documentation (package to be described for each purchase individually).
The winner is selected by a Competition Commission among a minimum of 3 vendors upon analysis of tender bids.
